Strategic Sense Group of Companies

The Strategic Sense Group of Companies emerged from our original start in 2008, serving clients in change management for technology companies, but over the years and many clients later, we have grown into several brands. Now doing business as GlobalSway, (our leadership, transformation, and governance advisory), some business contacts asked about our resources for affordable website design and design elements. Our team assisted from the side of a desk; eventually, the work grew through referrals. We discovered small business owners and startups were looking for custom and affordable web design and layout work, so we spun off Small Biz Creative as a new division.

A few years later, a client wanted to know how we published our periodicals, ebooks, and speaker one-sheets; when they found out we did our own, they asked if we could help them. Alas, more referrals. References were starting to take over, so we decided in 2020 to quietly strike up In The Lead Seat, our publishing division – Our services are still emerging, and that team is excited for what the future holds.

The global pandemic disrupted our leadership and change consulting firm. With in-person work out of the question, our answer was to focus on remote product development and training for executive and emerging leaders. First, Patti wrote a book, then we identified and developed training programs and a list of products that will be coming out over the next two years. Watch for Universal Leadership (as a complement to GobalSway,) to hit the ground running before the end of 2021.
